Day of Coordinator
Day of Coordination is one of the best decisions you can make for your wedding day and your family/friends. Make sure your big day runs smoothly and your family & friends are stress free while Taylor supports you with a variety of set up, communications, and coordination.

1 Hour consultation to discuss wedding day vision, timeline, vendors, layout, and concerns.

90 Day consultation (verify timelines, vendors, venue layout and special requests).

30 Day consultation (Check in, organize rehearsal).

Attend and coordinate rehearsal

Help with venue set up (i.e decor, ceremony site, reception tables, etc)

Vendor Management- point of contact, verify set up, timelines, confirm orders, give directions within the venue, communicate timelines and layouts, share venue guidelines, and greet vendors on wedding day.

Plan and oversee ceremony & reception timelines/events.

Support for couple and immediate family.

Provide list of pictures to photographer if needed.

Help with clean up (i.e gather decor, place gifts in car at start of reception, notify vendors of last calls, oversee venue clean up).
